Agile+DevOps West 2019

A huge thank you to everyone who attended my agile and lean workshop session today! I was happy that so many folks came to actually participate in an activity and not just sit passively through yet another tools discussion…

I appreciate all the questions and comments. I did just post up the final version of the slides from the presentation – they’re located here. I hope that you’re able to use this workshop with your teams and managers. The big things, in my mind, are making people aware of the conflicting beliefs we have around multitasking and starting everything. We need to focus on working in smaller batches, limiting our WIP (work-in-process), and finishing what we start.
