Taking the first step on your agile journey can be both exhilarating and terrifying. Knowing what agile solutions are available and which ones are most applicable to your company’s situation is critical. You can try to just start with establishing a methodology for your teams and think that’s all that’s needed. But if you’ve got hundreds of developers and testers working to deliver multiple products, a simple team solution won’t give you the “bang for your buck” that you’re expecting and – honestly – needing in today’s rapidly-shifting marketplace. You need a partner who can provide the right consulting services you need to get the ball rolling and building momentum.
Artemis coaches have many years of experience in a variety of disciplines and methodologies, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum at Scale, Large Scale Scrum (LESS), and others. We help you identify what makes the most sense for your company and your organization and we can support all aspects: from initial evaluations to crafting and teaching classes for everyone in your organization to handing over the reins to let you and your teams take control.
Assessments
We work with our clients to understand where they are on their Agile journey. We incorporate Artemis Agile Assessments in all of our consultations to baseline the team or organization. Whether that team is looking at SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LESS, or some other methodology, our coaches have the skills and experience to make sure that your practices match the principles to excel with agile.
Consulting Services
Artemis consulting is based on belief that Agile can beneficial for any team or organization. Once we have a baseline for the group, we work with that group to identify the goals, establish measurable milestones, and then craft a customized plan with that group for their transformation. There is no “one size fits all” solution for Agile and we tailor our solution to your group’s strengths.
Agile Transformation Consulting
When a team or a company decides to “do agile”, they typically only expect the teams to be changing how they do their work. But the real benefits for agile only come when the entire organization or enterprise is changing how they operate to support the agile mindset.
Agile transformations require a different approach, something the coaches here at Artemis know all too well. Our coaches work with teams but also with managers, executives, and other parts of your company (finance, HR, etc.) to really achieve the results you want and need to be competitive in today’s market.
Our agile transformation consulting services center around the organization and the individuals. We work hard to establish expectations with our clients, define clear milestones, and communicate clearly on your transformation goals. We help everyone – from the frontline team members to the executive team – understand the agile mindset and provide the necessary education and coaching to achieve your goals for your transformation.

Coaching
Artemis offers coaching for ScrumMasters, Product Owners, delivery team members, managers, and executives who are experiencing some bumps along their journey. Our coaches are highly skilled and highly regarded. Coaching sessions can be virtual or in-person, but due to the coaching aspect, our preference is for in-person meetings. Note: We are always cognizant and respectful of the Covid pandemic needs and responses. We will never place our coaches or your team members at risk by encouraging in-person coaching services when a virtual option would be safer.
