Why Take This Course?

If you’re just starting out as a Product Owner or just want to learn about Agile and Scrum, our Product Owner training can help you meet your goals. For people new to Agile , you’ll learn about Agile and Scrum and what transforming to an Agile environment can do for you and your teams. Understand the “why” of Agile and Scrum with some real-world examples and case studies. For practitioners, you’ll learn practical skills and techniques you can take back to your teams. Regardless of your level of experience, there’s something for you at Artemis training courses.

Agile transformations are happening across all industries and understanding the benefits is more important now than ever before. Agile isn’t a silver bullet that can solve all of your team’s ills, but it can make your team better equipped to deliver actual value to your customers. The Product Owner is perhaps the most difficult role in Scrum. The responsibilities can be overwhelming for people starting down the path. Taught by former Product Owners in the proverbial trenches, we bring experience and understanding to our training courses. Artemis’ training focuses on providing a firm foundation in the goals of Agile, Scrum, and Product Ownership and then delivers practical skills and techniques to help you succeed in your role.
